I am an author in the Boston area, mostly writing speculative fiction. I am currently working on my first novel. I co-founded the speculative fiction literary magazine Strangelet, which ran from 2012 through 2016. I’ve also been on the staff of Tea and Redivider, magazines at the University of Florida and Emerson College, respectively, where I did book design work.
In 2012, I earned my MA in Publishing and Writing from Emerson College. I have worked in the publishing industry since then, making ebooks, developing digital workflows, and developing standards for ebooks and digital publishing. My extracurriculars include playing guitar, DM’ing a homebrew Dungeons and Dragons campaign set in an ancient Greece analogue, and talking about how good Peruvian food is.
I wrote my first (read: very bad) novel at the age of 14 and have been experimenting with various types of story-telling ever since, most recently with role-playing games.
